Choose a team that excels at pitching (wild pigs, moonstars etc.) and start an elimination tournament. If the opponent you are given excels at hitting (sirloins, moose, blowfish etc.), restart the tourny until you face a team like the beewolves, crocodons, grapplers etc.
Once in game, strikeout or pop fly 2 batters, and then throw balls until the bases are loaded. Don't throw beanballs as your pitching stats will decrease. To get the achievement, you must now strikeout an opponent by freezing him (no swing). I noticed fastballs are the best for freezing, as batters tend to chase other pitches. Try and use other means to get the first 2 strikes and save the fastball for the third pitch. Aim for a corner of the strike zone. If the ball is hit, try to allow everyone to advance one base to keep them loaded. I did this on ego 10 and had it about 4 innings into my first attempt

I think the ego does affect the way the computer swings. I tried on ego 0 and couldn't get it. Changed ego to 10, got it on the first try. Thanks!

Just did this with ego 0. i was a team that i had copied from the original roster yet edited all the stats to 99. i was against a team which all had 0's for their players. I made sure that my pitcher had a particular type of throw which was a CB. I aimed in the bottom left hand corner of the square as you look at the batter and got 3 'fooled' throws in which there was no swing.
