This also works in custom seasons. Simply set up the league for a 2 game season and 1 inning per game and use a maxed out custom team to make it even easier. 2 short one inning games later, achievement unlocked.

I'd like to point out that it is possible to miss the playoffs going 2-0 if you don't score enough runs as the away team. The tiebreaker is run differential and other 2-0 teams had more than the 3 runs i had
