The triple is the hardest of these to get - I found them nearly impossible above 15 ego or so but I was able to get this at 19 Ego. If/when you get a triple AND a homerun - just keep getting hits until the same player has a double and a single.
Don't skip through the intro of each batter - you can see what they've hit so far.
I found that just playing the season without trying to get this worked - but I probably could have gotten it sooner if I'd actually tried for it.

I had a player hit a home run in his first at bat. So his next at bat, when the ball went off the wall awkwardly, I noticed he was close to second so I was able to stretch the double into a triple. Then he was out a few times before he got a single I couldn't stretch into a double, out again (following at bat), and finally, with a runner on second and two outs, he hit it into shallow center field. Fearing I wouldn't get another chance, I sent them both. The throw went home, the second base runner safe, and the batter safely made it to second for the pop.
