Start an offline player versus player game using a 2nd controller. Throw a pitch to yourself down the middle of the plate to get a home run. Bat around to get to the same player. Perform a bunt and hold LB to keep running to get a triple. Repeat to get a double and a single.

Essentially a random pop if you're lucky, but I was able to get this one accident with EGO set to 10 and using the Nemesis team since they have high power and contact. Games of 40+ should come naturally but pay attention to your lineup and make sure one character gets each of the options, hold RB and push your luck for the triple as that's the hardest to get. I got this by accident but could also happen if focused.
