In franchise mode; Set your ego to 0 and play a poor hitting team like the Moonstars, heaters, or herbisaurs (I used the herbs due to high defense stats)
If a player gets a hit, hit the Xbox button and close the game before the fielding screen ends. Then restart and go back into the franchises game, the game will restart at the last batter. So get them out on your second try. Repeat as many times as needed

This can be achieved with 2 controllers. Slow and boring, but it works.
