Pretty easy to do at Ego 0. You could create a pitcher with 99 stats but I didn't really find it necessary, just choose a team with a great #1 starter like the Moonstars. Just start an exhibition with 9 innings and mix up your pitches (off speed/fastballs, low/high, inside/outside) and you should be able to get 1-2 strikeouts per inning.

I used the Nemesis team and got it without trying in exhibition.
