How to unlock the Fixer Upper achievement in Super Mega Baseball 3 - Definitive Guide
This one's a bit annoying as it's completely luck-based but you can do a few things to make it slightly less time consuming.
Create a custom team and edit each players' stats to 99 in each category.
Start a Custom Franchise and Create a new Custom League. Conferences and Divisions off, 4 teams, Add Team Method 4. Scroll down to the teams and swap one of the 4 teams for your super-powered custom team (select change team and hit X to swap over to 'Gamertag's Teams')
Start a new franchise in this league and choose one of the 3 NON-SUPER POWERED TEAMS as your user controlled team. This is important.
Games per season 16, 1 Inning, 1 Playoff Game, 2 Playoff Teams.
Since the super-powered team in your league has such a high payroll, your normal Super Mega League standard team should now have way more payroll surplus than you'll ever need (check in the Economy tab)
Now it's all about RNG. Sim a game, check your Player Dev tab, hope there's a PDO that includes "Chance to Remove" a negative trait (usually a 5-15% chance). Rinse and repeat until you get one and the trait flips.
This is likely to take several simmed seasons. It took me about 7 or 8. A helpful way to increase your odds in later seasons is to sign as many players in the offseason as possible with negative traits, and release any players you have with positive traits.
Again, this all comes down to RNG so it may take some time but at least you won't have to worry about PDO money.

Worked perfectly for me. The RNG gods were on my side, got in it the first season after 12 games.

Took a long time [about 10 seasons] , and a strange thing happenend because right after purchase the achievement popped up.. so i didn t had to wait on the gambling results.
