You can get this with two controllers, it doesn’t need to be done against the CPU.
Head into exhibition, select the home team as they pitch first and put your second controller on the visitors side. When the game starts up make sure your fastball is selected and just tap
. The ball will always go down the middle for a strike.
After the third strikeout your achievement will unlock. You don’t need to finish the game.

Make sure that your second controller (the guest) is controlling the team that is batting. The achievement doesn’t unlock if you have it reversed.

my 2nd controller won't appear on the setup screen :( tried as guest and extra silver account
