Very simple to do, it can be done with a custom league.
Start off by going to customize and then edit teams. Pick one of the pre-made teams and scroll over to roster. On the far right you will see age, scroll over to it and press
, you are now able to adjust their age. Set all players on your roster to 33 or older. Feel free to adjust the player stats as well to make your team better and cruise to easy wins.
Start up a custom league of 16 games. You can now simulate up until the end of the season as you watch your Old Dogs bring you to the playoffs. Once you select start playoffs on the franchise screen the achievement will pop.

Make sure that it is in franchise custom league and not season or elimination mode as those modes don't work towards this achievement.
