All you have to do is leave your starting pitcher in for the whole 9 inning game and get the win (10 times). The achievement progress bar moved 10% after every game I did this and popped after the 10th complete game win. The lower you set the ego the easier it will be. I was able to do this in a standard franchise, so this is not limited to the season mode.

is this broken? just won 4 games in a row, same pitcher the entire game and it didn't budge.
