Just start a Standard Season with any team (might be easier with a good pitching squad like the Moonstars) and set to a Short (16 game) season.
Play through all 16 games at 0 Ego and you shouldn't have any trouble taking home all the pitcher rewards. If you keep your starter in for 10 complete game wins, you'll also earn another achievement which may be worthwhile going for here.
Some users have reported that the corresponding achievement for batting (AVG, HRs and RBI) is glitched, but this one appears to work. I did both in one season and only the pitching achievement popped.

I got both batting and pitching in one season... except ERA because some closer played 2 innings with a 0.00 ERA. Total BS.
