Can be unlocked using two controllers.
I edited a custom team and maxed out power & contact on the batters. Added metal Head to all pitchers and edited each players chemistry so that the team chemistry purple Traits are at full power. I am not sure if the Metal Head Trait has to activate for the achievement to unlock or not but maxed the purple Traits just incase. The description says nothing about it activating so just having Metal Head should be good enough.
Start an exhibition game where both teams are the team you just customized. Turn on practice mode before starting and make sure the user you want the achievement unlocked on is the home custom team because they will be pitching first.
Now just keep throwing normal power 4 seam fastballs down the middle in the bottom third of the zone with the pitching controller. As the batter I used a contact swing and with the right timing it will get close to hitting the pitcher. It must hit the pitcher in the head. If you hit the pitcher and you don't get the achievement you must have not hit the head. It will pop right after the pitcher is hit.
Took me maybe 30 mins of trying but this is much faster than hoping to get it in a random game vs the CPU.
