Edit a custom team and max out all batters power and contact. Give all batters Bad Ball Hitter and Sign Stealer Traits. Edit players chemistry so that the green Traits are at max power.
Use this custom team to play a season or elimination where the games are short (1-3 innings), at an ego where you can easily win games.
Try to get all the players in your lineup increased Mojo. Make sure you are the home team or else you cannot hit a walk off HR. Once you have a few players On Fire or Jacked, intentionally walk in as many runs needed to tie the game so you can try to hit a HR with one of the increased Mojo players. This should set you up to get the achievement. Lower the ego as low as needed to hit an easy walk off HR.
Not part of this achievement specifically but some tips to try and get some other achievements while going for this one. When I was creating this custom team I gave all my outfielders Cannon Arm and Dive Wizard traits, and the Pitchers Metal Head. Max out speed, arm strength and fielding for all players as well. This will help while trying to get the outfield assist, triple play and Clank achievements.
