Boot up a 9 inning exhibition game and choose the Sawteeth from the Super Mega Baseball teams. On the lineup screen substitute in Junior Young Jr and Junior Young Sr, and then move them to the top of the lineup to maximize number of at bats. Drop the ego down to 0 to make it easier. The achievement will pop as soon as the second person hits their homerun.

This will not work in practice mode, must be in a game. Easy enough though, hit 4 straight home runs with them.

I unlocked it by creating a franchise with shuffle draft combining the first 2 leagues of players. I picked both Young Sr and JR up in sign and release. I then hit HR with both in the 1st game of the season so it does work that way as well
