From the main menu select shuffle draft. Scroll down to massive dugout league, then select draft a copy of this league. On the next page select player pool, then make sure the boxes are checked on super mega league and legends league. Press B then select next. Team doesn't matter neither do the players drafted. Just spam A until the draft is finished and the achievement pops.
