First, go into your settings and set your ego to 0.

Second, go into Exhibition and set you as the home team (just to speed it up since you pitch first) with a high rotation/pen team, I chose the Freebooters. Set the visiting team as a low contact team, I used the Spirit as they are speed demons, which does not matter since we have to strike them out anyways. I set this up as a 3 inning game but you can set longer if you struggle so you do not have to restart.

Finally, once in the game, the other team is pretty awful on 0 ego. Throw different pitches, especially low and outside the zone, and you will generate whiffs constantly. I did normal pitches (as opposed to power pitches) so my accuracy was a little easier to control, but if you are comfortable with power pitches then strikeouts will come even easier. If a batter does hit the ball, just let them reach base. The runs and baserunners/hits do not matter, as long as your outs come from strikeouts. After the first inning, to speed this up I just bunted my runners out to get back to pitching.

This is just a quick surefire way to get this, but you may likely get this through regular play, hope this helps!
