This can be done in practice mode. So fire up practice mode on a low ego as a power hitting team(I did it with Mammo Tanks and hit it with David Ortiz). Keep swinging underneath the ball with a power swing, you'll want your cursor center slightly under the ball and you should eventually be able to run into one over 500 feet, may take 10 minutes or so.

Bingata bowl seems to be the best stadium, after trying a few different stadiums. I started this, and I hit 500 ft with Longballo (Sirloins) which is when I realized you must have OVER 500 feet. Not happy lol

Where do you find practice mode? I've looked through the menus, but haven't found it yet.

Practice mode can be toggled on while selecting a stadium after going through exhibition
