How to unlock the Oh Baby a Triple achievement in Super Mega Baseball 4 - Definitive Guide
This achievement sucks but there is a way to make it a lot easier.
First, under the play section go to “Customization”. This will give you the option to create your own custom league. After doing so, choose a team to edit (doesn’t matter which one). Hit twice to go to roster. Now when you select a player, you have the option to “Edit Abilities”. Select this.
For each player on the roster (except the pitchers) set the Speed to 0 and give them the traits “Slow Poke” and “Base Jogger”. This slows them down when running the bases.
Then confirm your changes and select another team to edit. For this team, set all stats to 99 and give every player the trait “Cannon Arm”. This trait increases throw speed when a throw is performed at max power. Then save those changes.
Now go into “Exhibition” mode. Move over to one side and press to change the league and select your created league. Make sure the super slow team is the away team (on the left) and the OP team is the home team (on the right). Then after continuing you will see the game options (field, time of day, innings, etc.) At the bottom, turn on practice mode. In practice mode, the Away team always bats and the home team always pitches. The game doesn’t end until you end it. This gives you infinite chances at a triple play.
Once in the game, beanball 2 players (hit them with a pitch) to put runners on first and second. Then pitch fastballs down the middle and hope for a groundball to third. If all goes well, you should get a triple play. This may not be “easy” per-se, but it is 100x easier than using a slow team and praying for a miracle. I probably tried 100+ times with a slow team before I found custom leagues.
It is important to note that if you haven’t won a game in every stadium you should do one inning games in each stadium before doing practice mode. Hopefully you can knock out two birds with one stone.
Good luck guys!

While editing you might as well make everyone on the team you'll face to not have more than 2 players with the Orange or Purple Chemistry types so that the Base Jogger & Slow Poke traits are the worst they can be. In addition, make the Team you'll use to have everyone with the "Dive Wizard" trait as well the pitchers with the "Metalhead" trait. Also make everyone have a Purple, Yellow, or Orange Chemistry to get those traits at their max values.
That way you can simultaneously try to grind for the "Star Outfielder" and "Clank" achievements if those didn't end up coming naturally (and "Leap of Faith" technically).
Also you can auto-walk batters by pressing the right trigger and choosing "Auto Walk" if you don't want to hit the batters.

Finally got it. Few more suggestions:
Make all batters right handed (farther to 1st base that way even if barely)
Set ego to around 30 so they actually hit the ball
Turn contact on opposing team all the way up
Most importantly, with each batter hold RT and click up on dpad once so infield is set to "in". This way if they hit it to third baseman OR shortstop you can just tag the runner going to third, then throw to second and then first.
I actually got it with them hitting to my shortstop and tagging runner first.

This one you're going to have to get lucky more than anything to achieve. A way to increase your odds is to fire up a practice game on a low ego where you only play defense. You'll want to play as a good defensive team such as the buzzards, and try to face a team that has very low speed. With this game you can intentionally walk players so you'll want to put runners on at least first and second right off the bat. Then, try to throw pitches down and in to righties, or low and away to lefties, that will give you the best chance of getting a ground ball to the third basemen, where he can touch the bag, throw to second, and on to first. Good luck

What is a team that has very low speed? What team did you use?
