This is a story-based achievement, as such, it cannot be missed.
You can unlock this achievement by completing World 2. This is fairly simple and the boss, Bazooka Baboon, is fairly easy to beat.
Being the second boss, this enemy has a learning curve in order to be defeated. He will shoot missiles at your monkey with a pink weak point on top of them. Jumping on these will send the missiles back at him, although they will not hit him each time. Landing six hits on him will defeat him and reward you with a piece of the Golden Banana bunch and the achievement.
I recommend using YanYan for this world as she is a good jumper and she will be very useful for the boss.
