Just do Monkey Island stage 1 over and over with the same character if you want this quickly. Hold forward then restart, rinse and repeat.

You can just complete the story without changing characters though right? I mean, you may as well get this at the same time as the story related achievements?

If you hold A at the intro showing the aerial view you can speed up the animation

Stage 1 works great but I found a slightly faster way if you use stage 4 repeatedly. It takes me 1.99 seconds each time (roughly half as long as stage 1)
