This can be accomplished with as few as 7 shots by hitting both UFOs (1000 points each) and 5 balloons (100 points each). I believe that hitting both UFOs is the only way to get this, but you can also get a couple hundred points just hitting the cans if you'd rather get the rest of the points that way. Aiming is exceedingly hard, so bear in mind that you can shoot all the way to the back without charging your sling that much, and there is no penalty for missing In other words, you can rapidly spam attacks, and you should. Realistically the only way you'll have a good chance to hit enough targets is by spamming bullets out as fast as possible, since the UFOs move too suddenly to skillfully hit them most of the time. By learning how to spam out shots as quickly as possible, I got much better scores consistently than when I was trying to meticulously aim. Good luck.
