This is a story-based achievement, as such, it cannot be missed.
You can unlock this achievement by completing World 3. This is fairly simple, yet the boss, Yetti, might be quite hard to beat.
In order to defeat him, you will have to hit his outie belly button after he's done spinning. Three hits completes the world and nets you the achievement. Another method is by hitting his belly button before he stops spinning by jumping over one of his snowballs with YanYan.
Once you complete the boss level, this achievement should unlock.
I recommend using either YanYan (if you want to jump over the snowballs) or GonGon (if you want to do it the normal way) for this world.
