How to unlock the Deluxe Complete achievement in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania - Definitive Guide
Just completed this as I'm writing this guide:
To unlock the DX Course you will need to buy it from the points shop for 10000 points which you earn from collecting banana's in the main game. There are 46 levels most of which should be a cakewalk however there are 3 nasty levels in particular.
Level 19 CATWALK: In this level you take one of 2 paths around a square which consists of very small, almost tightrope walkways. The "easy" way has you walking across 3 increasingly smaller walkways which your monkey will have to balance on. The "Hard" or rather shortcut way is to walk across an extremely thin platform straight to the goal. The problem is no matter which way you choose because you control the monkey with an analogue stick its very easy to move slightly to the left or right when trying to stay straight leading to a fallout. The best strategy I came up with was to take the "hard" route and move my analogue stick so it was halfway between hitting the rim on my controller keeping it straight as humanly possible then once I hit the perfect spot through trial and error was able to quickly move across to the finish line.
Level 39 Chaos: Chaos is essentially a very confusing maze of a level with many long winding straight paths which eventually lead to the goal however 60 seconds is barely enough time to get to the end even if you know your route perfectly, you need to maximise your momentum going down slopes and strategically bouncing of walls to cut down time. Here is the route I took and I can just barely make it somewhere within the realm of 0.5 - 2 seconds remaining.
Level 43 Dodge Maze: Dodge maze is an impossibly long maze made up of small walls (which if you have bought jump for 30000 points you can jump over however this means your clear times won't be saved). The Legit way of completing it however is to look out for walls which have what I can only describe as a "vent" on them as these walls will spin when ran into.
I personally did not activate Jump when going for this achievement however as far as I'm aware it shouldn't effect the achievement.

Catwalk took me many tries, I got close the long way but then read this guide and decided to try the short way. It seemed impossible at first but if you line it up right in the middle of the screen (try to align the goal with the middle of the timer) then just hold forward and pray, you should be able to do it with a few tries. Definitely one of the hardest stages.
