From the main menu go to Gallery.
Play one cutscene from Movies, one song from Music, watch one complete saved replay from Replays, and view the Credits.
Note you need to have at least started the Main Game > Story Mode to unlock at least one cutscene for Movies, and need to have saved at least one replay previously for there to be one available under Replays.
The replay needs to be watched in it's entirety, and then return to the menu for it to count.
For Credits you just need to start them, you can then immediately skip.
