Really easy. Just keep spamming the right bumper (assist) on the enemies and you will build a combo as you aren't missing any shots.
I would prioritise shooting incoming missiles more than the enemies themselves. Keep an eye on your ammo chamber aswel. You should hit 45000 before you reach the boss. Also you will need to defeat the octopus boss as I was killed with more than 45000 and didn't get the achievement

Wow, that aim assist is ridiculously broken. Not complaining though. Also do the enemies use the Lego Star Wars blaster sound or am I crazy?
