There is a quick way to do this. Rather than playing all the levels to unlock them. You can simply play Level 4-2 and find the "Treasure Island Map". This unlocks all of the levels and triggers the achievement. You can find the location in my video below:

You don’t have to get all the levels for the achievement to unlock. Basically play the highest level on the map that you can. I started with lvl 13 on the Treasure Island map. One you best the boss, both achievements will unlock. The map achievement will unlock once you return to the map select.
