Super Ninja Miner

Take the purple pickaxe in the middle. Then go to the lower left corner and smash the spider egg. Then take the sword and attack the spider. Repeat this three times and the spider is defeated.

There is a quick way to do this. Rather than playing all the levels to unlock the boss. You can simply play Level 3-2 and find the "Dormant Volcano Map". This unlocks all of the levels, that way you can face the boss much faster. You can find the location in my video below:
