Super Ninja Miner

There is a quick way to do this. Rather than playing all the levels to unlock them. You can simply play Level 3-2 and find the "Dormant Volcano Map". This unlocks all of the levels and triggers the achievement. You can find the location in my video below:

This can be done in the "Dormant Volcano" level "3-2" (select the number 2 under Dormant Volcano) Once you have obtained the map, you can either back out or follow the solution I have provided here. Enjoy!
