How to unlock the Ace In The Hole achievement in Super Robot Wars 30 - Definitive Guide

This trophy is called "Ace In The Hole" and it requires you to have a pilot earn Ace Pilot title.
In order to earn the Ace Pilot title for a pilot, they must have a Score of 60. A pilots score is the number of enemies they have defeated. So essentially just have that unit defeat enemies a lot and once they defeat the 60th unit, the trophy will unlock during a mission. The perk of earning Ace is that the pilot will earn a unique bonus for that pilot. They will also have a +5 starting Morale when sortied for a mission and a small increase to funds generated.
You will be able to decrease the required total score down to 50 if you purchase the Proud Ace skill for a pilot for 200 PP (Pilot Points).
