How to unlock the One Shot's All I Need achievement in Super Robot Wars 30 - Definitive Guide
This trophy is called "One Shot's All I Need" and it requires you to apply the Valor and Bullseye Spirits to one pilot at the same time during a mission.
The pilot you'll be able to earn this with is the pilot Irm who joins in the Special Scenario titled "The Hyper Fighter:"
However, Irm does not have enough SP when he joins. You'll have to wait until at least the next mission in order to earn this by purchasing the SP Up skill to increase his max SP by 5. The issue will be playing the mission and constantly allowing turns to go by in order for Irm's SP to build up to 65 to use both Spirits in the same turn. So during the mission, once Irm has the 65 SP, select him and choose Spirits. Select Valor then apply it and then repeat the process with Bullseye to earn the Trophy.
Note: There are a few AOS Updates which will lessen the turns required for Irm to build up the require SP. Under Quarters, the Level 2 Sick Bay upgrade increases the SP earned from 5 to 8 earned a turn. The Level 5 upgrade increases it to 10 SP. The Level 1 Mess Hall upgrade gives +10 max SP to all pilots which means you could have the PP for the SP Up skill purchase for something else. PP is earned is FAR less amounts than anything else in this game.
Anyway, here is Irm's profile image just for reference:
