How to unlock the Skill Master achievement in Super Robot Wars 30 - Definitive Guide

This trophy is called "Skill Master" and it requires you to have 20 unique skills applied to any one pilot.
To apply and purchase skills for your pilots, select Upgrade from the Intermission menu and then choose the Skill Program sub-menu.
Select any pilot listed in the menu and you'll be presented with a list of skills below the pilot information window. You'll need PP (Pilot Points) to purchase skills. Skills can also occasionally be earned as a reward from all types of missions, making a pilot an Ace, and fulfilling cumulative requirements such as 1,000,000 CP earned, 2000 enemies defeated, and completing X amount of missions.
If you've earned a skill, or purchased one, you'll see the number of them between the name and PP purchase amount. Select it with the X Button and confirm the selection to apply it to the pilot.
The trophy will unlock once you've filled out the first to columns under Learned Skill. Here is my main character with 21 skills applied:
