ALL scoring achievements can be done in Quick Match with two controllers to make them much easier. Just make sure to change the difficulty to Very Easy so the keeper is dumber than a bag of rocks because they cannot be player controlled in this game.
I recommend going for this while you're going for 100 goals, it will unlock at the end of the match.

Credit goes to The Cherished and Cuddle Bunny. Taken from what they have said for Start a quick match. Set the time for the shortest and the A.I. to the easiest difficulty. Use two controllers. One for your main profile and a dummy controller. Score in your goal using the dummy controller. At kick off, hold X to power kick the ball to that goalie and use the dummy controller to score. Press A on your main controller to skip the little scene after each goal. Super quick and easy.

This is the only achievement that requires you to play an entire match. You can do this in the same match as Golden (100G) and all the other Quick Match achievements, or you can start another match and set the match length to ‘5’, which will probably save you some time.
Method 1:
From the main menu, select ‘Play’ then ‘Quick Match’. Move the AI Level slider to ‘Very Easy’ and Match Length to ‘5’ then press
. Select then pick your team and press to start the match.
While playing the match, continue to score goals on your own goal. When you are satisfied with the score and with only a short time left in the match, kick the ball off to start the clock then press
and select ‘Controls’. Move the controller icon to the opposite team so you are now winning the game. Resume the game until time expires and provided you scored at least 6 goals, the achievement will unlock.

After you unlock Silver (50G) and Golden (100G), with time still left in the match, kick the ball off to start the clock then press and select ‘Controls’. Move the controller icon to the opposite team so you are now winning the game. Resume the game until time expires (hopefully you don’t have too long left) and the achievement will unlock.
