ALL scoring achievements can be done in Quick Match with two controllers to make them much easier. Just make sure to change the difficulty to Very Easy so the keeper is dumber than a bag of rocks because they cannot be player controlled in this game.
I recommend going for this while you're going for 100 goals, take your player and keep shooting outside the outermost white box around the opponent's goal until you make a goal and pop this.

‘Outside the area’ is the area between the halfway line and the large rectangular box around the goal (which is called the penalty area). You need to score a goal on the opposing team from this area.
While progressing towards Golden (100G), carry the ball towards the opposing goal and attempt to score from outside the penalty area. When you press
to kick the ball, hold it long enough so the strength meter fills up about two-thirds, which should give you enough power to score. If not, try again.
Note: Use the same player for this achievement and Into the kitchen (25G). If you score two more goals with the same player, you will earn Haul (50G) as well.
