Not a solution but a note that this achievement is currently unobtainable. Winning the America vs Europe Tournament unlocks the "Bestest" achievement instead.

I've tried winning every single tournament to see if it unlocks. It doesn't.

I left a tweet on the developer's Twitter account. Hopefully they'll patch it.

Update: The developer has replied that they are aware of the issue, and will release a patch to fix this soon.

The achievement is now fixed. To win the tournament, you can simply choose to control every team in the competition, and simulate every game till the end. It only takes a few minutes.

Wish I had check beforehand, but oh well.
I tried all the usual tricks as well. Removing save data and resyncing/do it again. Hard restart. Reinstall. SIM to the last match and actually play the final match. Nothing seems to work on this one

Good Lord, lot of glitched games being released this week! Life of Fly 2 is also glitched.

Glitched games get released all the time, wish games could release once the developer has ensured there are no unobtainables in their games.

Yeah, I figured out I had to simulate America vs Europe tournament to get the All Stars tournament achievement. Kinda strange but ok. I should have read entire solution here to begin with lol.

I noticed that 1 person has unlocked this achievement now. Either he's a cheat or he's part of the team who's fixing this. I hope it's the latter

Something seems to be wrong on TA. Today I noticed all the new ninja gaiden sigma games also are showing one person with every achievement, but you can't see who this person is in any of the three games and I really doubt all 3 games were suddenly completed on the same day...

This achievement now shows 0.15% on Xbox, yet I've done every tournament and it still won't unlock for me.

Yes, it is patched as of June 15th, 2021. The same day the last achievement was patched on Life of Fly 2 also!

@SiegfriedX that's true. Mahjong by Microsoft (Android) has an achievement for getting 12 bronze medals. This is currently unobtainable as there aren't enough months (the game has 10 months worth of contents now). The earliest anyone could unlock this is two months later. But that achievement is showing one tracked gamer having it.

@The Cherished Life of Fly 2 was the second game I went to check

It seems to be partially fixed now, most achievements are back to 0 gamers, but have the diamond icon as if someone over XBox Live has unlocked it and it's no longer a 0.00% achievement. It should still be because of this error since the glitched achievements have the diamond symbol still.

From the main menu, select ‘Play’ then ‘World Tour’. On the next screen, select ‘America vs Europe’ then press on the Settings screen to continue (settings do not matter). On the teams screen, you are going to be controlling all the teams so press on all of them so a controller icon appears next to each of them then select ‘Continue’.

We are going to be simulating all the games, and since you control all the teams, it doesn’t matter who wins. Keep alternating between pressing (simulate) and (continue) until one team wins the tournament (takes about 20 seconds). The achievement doesn’t unlock until you return to the main menu.
