This achievement is unlocked by winning 3 of the 5 available World Tour tournaments. You will get this achievement while working towards the "Best" achievement.
The difficulty can be set to very easy with the match length only allowing as low as 5 minutes. Setting it to very easy will ensure a smooth victory. World Tour
Eurochamps - 14 wins needed
Fiesta Tournament - 2 wins needed
League of champions - 18 wins needed
Mediterranean League - 8 wins needed
Mondo Cup - 4 wins needed

You can actually choose all teams and simulate every single tournament for all the "World Tournament" based achievements.
