I recommend unlocking this while working for your "tailored victory" achievement, winning one tournament: (From the opening menu select Soccer - Play - Custom Competitions - New Competition - Knockout - Team Count: 4. Select any 4, and continue to the next screen. Select AI Level to the lowest and Match Length to the lowest)
During the match, score 5 goals or more and the achievement will pop in-game after your fifth goal. Long shots are very effective, just aim slightly to one side of the goal and hold the shoot button down for about half the bar.
