There are probably many ways to unlock this, but i share my way after completing world tour without unlocking it. I did it in Super Blast Mode because i had to grind out 10 matches anyway.
Go to Super Blast Mode > Quick-Match > Single > Living Net (or any other modification) > Join in with another controller > Settings: 1 Set, 2 sets per play, deciding point on and super-tiebreak on.
Now you see your score goes up by 1 point. With your first controller you want to score 8 points and with your second 9 points. You see controller 2 have now a match ball and could win the match. Now pick your first controller and win. Boom, achievement unlocked.
