In the main menu go to Super Blast Party > Quick Match > Single > Pick a modification like living net if you still need these kind of achievements (optional) > Add another player with your controller > Change everything to this: Set = 1 Set, Games per Set = 4, deciding point = yes

Now win all 4 sets and the achievement is yours.
