By far the most straightforward level to collect all 10 Glorbs is 1,000,000 B.C. Level 3. There aren't too many Glorbs in this level that are difficult to get, and don't require a bunch of exploration since this flying level is pretty linear.
When you reach the final enemy at the end of the level (shoots a big laser beam) and notice that you only have 9 Glorbs, don't worry! Once you kill the final enemy on the level, the final Glorb is released.
