Super Time Force

Lou Don Jim is the Jedi parody member of the Super T.I.M.E Force. He can be found on the first level of the 3072 TIME zone. Early on in the zone you have a large fan to destroy to progress through a tunnel with fire traps attacking from the ceiling. Either destroy the traps (Aimy McKillen's power shot works well) or time your movement to dodge the fire until you see a blur plate instead of floor underneath you. Destroy this and drop through, doing the same again to the next fake floor. Then simply shoot the back of the TV before the monster from The Ring manages to get through it and kill Lou Don. If you fail, just rewind and retry with the added firepower.

Then play the first mission from the '673' TIME zone, The mission it's self is quite easy just run through at a moderate pace and take your TIME. You have enough retries to run a few risks and sacrifice yourself to kill a few enemies. The lightsaber throw is a really easy way to kill enemies (Especially archers) quickly to save TIME. Just make sure each time you die you select Lou Don Jim to make sure your not wasting your TIME.

I've included a video of my final run through. Just to prove you don't need skill for this achievement. I'm sure you'll be able to do it far more impressively. I also included the full video for those of you who have TIME to see exactly what I've done in case you do struggle.

UPDATE: According to MajesticPanda89 the final boss area of the Medieval zone does count toward the achievement.
