How to unlock the No Guts No Glorby! achievement in Super Time Force - Definitive Guide

Hi All
The Videos attached shows where all the Shards and Glorbs are located for all stages. This is a blind run so don't expect the best gameplay or fastest times etc.

I suggest finishing the game first to unlock all characters. If not atleast complete stage 3072 to unlock Lou Don Jim. You will see in the Video's below that I use Lou a few times to throw the lightsaber to collect hard to reach glorbs.

The method to get Lou Don Jim :

Stage: 3072
Level: 1

You will get to a passageway where there are four flamethrowers shooting fire diagonally downwards. Between two of these flamethrowers is a breakable blue floor. Destroy the floor to reveal an area with another breakable blue floor and Lou Don Jim lounging in his recliner watching some tv. You will also see a ghost coming out of the tv to kill him. Blow through the second breakable blue floor and destroy the tv before the ghost can kill him. Walk up to get Lou Don Jim as a playable character.

You don't say why you recommend playing as Lou Don Jim.

I may be being an idiot, but in didn't think glorbs could be shot, only collected. Does using Lou bypass this requirement somehow?

Using lou you can throw the lightsaber at them , if he hits them with his lightsaber he collects them.smile

Do you collect all off them in one play through? or can i collect missing ones on a separate play through?

You can get them on separate playthrough's although I would suggest trying to get all at once. First play through the game , then replay all chapters to get all the collectibles.

You need to get all 6. Its not too difficult , although it seems it is when you first start.

"You can get them on separate playthroughs"
I'm pretty sure this is not true.

"Ok just to make a bit clear. I do one level a get 6 items. I have missed 4. Can i go back an get the missing 4 and ignore the other 6? or do I have to get everything again?

I'm quite confident you have to get all 10 in one run. If you only get 9 and finish the level, you have to re-do the level and get all 10 for it to count.

I didn't find this to be all that challenging. Basically blind ran each level. Only had to replay a few to find what I was missing.

Just like OxygenWaster85, I have just finished the game, and IN-GAME I have 100% of shards and orb, but my achievement counter only shows 94% for both. Is this cheevo glitched?

The four shard and glorb achievements are all bugged. Mine all stopped at the mid to high 80s when I had 100% for both in game. Turns out I had three levels not count.

To get it to pop I had to delete my save and play through the game again. After each level I waited in the badge award screen for a little bit. Then I went to the Xbox stats for the game and made sure the total badge stat went up. Lastly, I went to all achievements then into the game's achievements as this seemed to get the achievement counter to update. Only then did I continue to the next level.

I also force quit the game whenever I had to stop playing just in case going into sleep mode messed up the counter.
