You get a shard badge for shooting or jumping into the three groups of square bubbles and finishing the level. The bubbles won't appear until you have "rewinded" an area. Jean Rambois or Aimy McKillin are best at shooting these. When you shoot one, time will slow down. This can be done on any level except a boss level.
