With the Ultra Update, Shards were added to the boss levels. There is a boss in each world, with the last world having two. Make sure you replay those stages, collecting everything and this will unlock.
You do not have to collect everything in Super Hardcore Mode, as you only need everything in one mode. The Helladeck Shards also do not count towards this achievement, so don't worry about those if you're able to complete the Helladeck without using them.

Ich habe alles eingesammelt und trotzdem bekomme ich die Erfolge nicht! Das Spiel ist schon schwer warum funktionieren nicht wenigstens vernünftig? Hat jemand eine Lösung?

If you've gotten all the non-Helladeck shards, somewhere in the low to mid 70s, it doesn't pop, and the achievement tracker is 96% or so? It's something that used to happen regularly during X1 launch era; you just need to give it time and it'll unlock eventually. Mine unlocked while the Xbox wasn't even on about 18 hours later.

There are no shards to collect in helladeck levels, only glorbs, although they appear in some levels.

So how does this differ from the previous achievement? They must have added some shards....also, this didn't pop for me when I booted the game and I've got all previous shards.

Are you sure you don't need everyone on Super Hardcore? Because after finishing one of the worlds, my % increased, so they seem to be what is counting for this achievement.

Yes, the first boss I defeated had 1 shard on the level. Not sure if this was there before. And after completing this level, my tracker increased 4%. Maybe we have to collect all boss shards then.

I just checked and you are right Lavindathar. They added glorbs and shards to the boss levels and they are the ones that are increasing both trackers. Not playing Super Hardcore or the HellaDeck levels.

I can confirm that this achievement requires you to collect every shard badge in normal campaign levels (including boss levels).
Since Helladeck levels don't have shard badge, Helladeck has nothing to do with this achievement.

Ok, I just unlocked this achievement so to be clear: For this, just redo every boss fight. As someone already pointed out, it's the last level of every world and the first and last levels of the last world. Or, you can just look at what levels you don't have the badge for this =P
For the glorbs, getting all of the boss will leave you with about 96% on the tracker, the last 4% is for doing all the Helladeck levels.

Warning for if you do the final boss fight last (I know that sounds silly but yeah).
My achievement didn't pop so I went and redid a boss fight to be safe (fought the brain since it was the first one I went for the shard on). Got the achievement and my Master of Glorbs achievement got a big jump (guessing from the final boss' 7 glorbs.)

This achievement and the other 3 glitched on me, Shards showing 100% ingame and Glorbs 72% ingame while the achievement tracker is stuck at 92% and 96% .-. Anyone had this issue and solved it? Anything will be appreciated

The four shard and glorb achievements are all bugged. Mine all stopped at the mid to high 80s when I had 100% for both in game. Turns out I had three levels not count.
To get it to pop I had to delete my save and play through the game again. After each level I waited in the badge award screen for a little bit. Then I went to the Xbox stats for the game and made sure the total badge stat went up. Lastly, I went to all achievements then into the game's achievements as this seemed to get the achievement counter to update. Only then did I continue to the next level.
I also force quit the game whenever I had to stop playing just in case going into sleep mode messed up the counter.
