This is pretty easy. After you complete the tutorial, once you die, respawn as close as possible to where you died and repeat exactly what you did before.
If you still don't have it later in the game, some levels have death pits, so just jump in one, then jump in it again.

Just a note (for Bean Divers, mostly): you cannot get this in the tutorial.

The easiest achievement in the game. Showcase worthy. Die, spawn near the area you died, immediately die again and the achievement is yours.
