As with all the other "complete stage xy" you will get this by simply playing through the stage "Year 673". This achievement cannot be missed
This stage as well consists of 4 levels. The last of which is again a boss fight.
There is not much else to say, just play through the levels and keep an open eye for the collectibles and you will be fine.

For some reason this didn't unlock for me, so I went back and finished level 4 again (the boss fight) and then it unlocked.
