There are 5 vehicle classes, the cheapest cars are as follows: Whacky Cars (Bugsmobile- 10,000) Muscle Cars (Docker- 10,000) Gran Turismo (Springfield- 10,000) Supercars (Diabolo- 15,000) Open Wheelers (F2000 1950s- 15,000)

After the first 2 cups I was able to fully upgrade the Whacky Car for the fully upgrade a vehicle achievement, and the 3rd cup I was able to purchase every vehicle in a class for this achievement.
