Any car with a low strength rating
smash the wall till your smoking then hit hte wall at the end of the race.

I found it easier to just park parallel to the finish line to get t-boned by another car.

It seems it needs to be done in Quick Race -> Race. I tried numerous times in Death Race and it did not unlock
