At first, I thought that I had to win every single event and get 48 points but you don't need to.
The good news is you just need to Win All Cup (Getting 20 Stars on each) and you will get the achievement. If you fail to get 20 Stars, comeback later with a better car/upgrade and you should get it after a few tries. The game isn't too difficult, most of the time I failed 1 out the 4 events and still got the 20 Stars for the Cup. So definitely doable even if you finish 2nd-8th in one of the four events.
You should have also enough money when you finish the career mode to buy the remaining vehicles for another achievement about buying every cars in the game.
