-Any difficultly CPU

*When choosing your car. 2nd player (or use a secondary controller) You do not need to be signed in to an account.*
-Click “A” to join in on the race from car choosing menu.
-Finish the race
*Once the race is is finished from either perspective. Whomever isn’t across the finish line in 30 seconds, they will get a DNF*
- Achievement Pops after the results are in.
Personally chosen to opt to have an idle second controller. No account needed to be sign in which saved time. Nursery is a quick race. Any map at any length will do. I finished the race with controller 1 & switched over to player 2 trying to finish in the allowed time.

What do you mean "or use a secondary controller"? It can't be done without a second controller, can it?

The achievement can be earned by playing with a friend. Relied on having an extra controller without having a 2nd account signed in. Your first controller, is the one you are getting the achievement with.
