Found no similar problems with other players on any forums (maybe due to game's low popularity), don't know if this can happen with other mileage trophies (didn't happen for me), but if it does you will need to delete your save (after getting all other trophies) and grind out the kilometers with your starter car again, using the method mentioned in 250 km!

This only happened on PS4, trophy popped no problem on PS5
